The next chapter in what will no doubt be a long novel has arrived from the twosome behind LickSpittle. After announcing their arrival with a unique, unclassified sound and dapper dress sense, Jimmy Suds and Kid Kudos, return with their new track, Lush Hound, which was released on the 23rd May.Unsurprisingly, it’s another gem that is full of catchy guitar riffs and effective drum fills. On first listen you’ll be forgiven for thinking that this is Electric Six on the comeback, but LickSpittle are unique in that they are bringing the ‘fun’ back into ‘funky music.’
A far cry away from their debut single, Lush Hound creates an environment where you can crack out the air band and rock poses and not feel embarrassed.
It has all the makings of a song that inspires craziness on the dance floor. In moments when dance moves aren’t important and all that matters is having a good time, Lush Hound will be the next track on.
